Sometimes, teams form from individuals who share a special bond and we were fortunate to experience this. However, life took us in different directions. While Kerli, Carina, and Renita began exploring new professional opportunities, Evert already had a vision in mind. Each of us was prepared to embark on freelance journeys, but we realised the power of unity. Why venture alone when we can achieve more together?
From this shared vision, Cohorts was born. We reunited not just as former colleagues, but as experts and partners, ready to provide practical advice and valuable insights to organisations. Together, we complement and amplify each other’s strengths.
The name “Cohorts” reflects our essence – a group of individuals united by a shared characteristic.
